Blender Salsa

In a blender, combine tomatoes, onion, canned green chilis, white wine vinegar, chopped fresh cilantro (more if you wish).  Blend ingredients.  Store in the fridge for 2 days.  Makes about 2 ½ cups.

  • 2 medium sized tomatoes
  • ½ small onion
  • 3 TBS canned green chilis
  • 4 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 TBS chopped fresh cilantro
