Sage and Onion Stuffing
Cook chopped onion in butter until slightly colored. Remove from heat and add breadcrumbs. Add salt, pepper and sage. Beat egg lightly and stir into breadcrumbs. Add milk and mix thoroughly. Use to stuff poultry.
