Sara's Dill Dressing
Mix mustard and vinegar in a bowl. Whisk in the olive oil. Stir in dill, chives, tarragon, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add more vinegar if needed

- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup chopped dill
- ¼ cup chopped chives
- Chopped leaves of 4 sprigs of tarragon

Serving Information
This dressing is offered as an example of how well dill combines with other herbs and how many foods it can compliment. Try it with carrot and cabbage slaw, with green salad, beet salad, and salads containing raw fennel or steamed asparagus or cauliflower. It makes a delicious dipping sauce for artichokes and gives new interest to chicken, fish, meat and is tasty with tuna.
