Blend ingredients thoroughly until mix is pale green.

- 2 or 3 generous sprigs fresh dill
- 2 or more sprigs burnet (to taste)

Serving Information
Burnet gives this butter a hint of cucumber. Serve with grilled fish, French bread, and a salad. Choose young, tender leaves of burnet (Sanguisorba minor) as the older ones are tough.
