Mint Julep
Bring water to a boil and pour over the leaves. Stir in sugar and let cool. Add lemon juice and strain. Add club soda and bourbon just before serving. Off to the races!

- 4 TBS chopped mint leaves
- 2 TBS sugar
- sprigs of mint as garnish.
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup club soda
- ½ cup bourbon
