Parsley and Breadcrumb Stuffing for Fish
Cook onion and celery in butter on low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in breadcrumbs and parsley. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

- ½ cup finely chopped onions
- ½ cup finely chopped celery
- 1 ½ cups fresh breadcrumbs
- 3 TBS finely chopped fresh parsley
- ½ tsp lemon juice

- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
