Thyme and Feta Vinaigrette
Place all ingredients in a jar, seal tightly, and shake for 10 seconds. Use immediately or refrigerate. Will last for up to 3 weeks.

- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- 1 TBS Dijon-style mustard
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 TBS fresh thyme
- 1 TBS fresh marjoram
- 1 TBS fresh oregano
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp pepper
